That sled didn't have float suspension, they used a Fox Position Sensitive shock in the the rear track shock. That Edge model uses the Position Sensitive 2.
You can get all the shock assembly part numbers from the parts lookup on Polaris website, see below...
I don't think those older displays could show trouble codes like the newer ones can, you'd have to check in the owners manual. The link to them on Polaris website is below.
Otherwise the only way to see them is plugging them in diagnostic software...
Well Digikey changed the link, but they are currently out of stock. Some others have mentioned NAPA has a version too but I dont have the link

The problem is the relays themselves are not sealed, chinese junk.
Heres an older thread with links to a thread with the digi key parts

Start by changing all the cheap junk chinese relays in the sled, if the load shed relay is going bad its possible theres weak current going to the warmers. They are a very well known failure point, so best to start there.
Theres older threads here with links to the Panasonic replacements at...
Those are the vent lines for the carbs, I forgot they had that check valve in the older sleds. If that was plugged you likely weren't filling the bowls properly.
The impulse line is regular black vacuum line that runs from the side of the crankcase to one of the pump ports to provide pulses...
They can be a miserable PIA to prime if the tank is not full. The line exiting the tank is around 3/4 up to the tank so you have to pull the fuel up through that fitting first.
Whats the condition of the fuel lines? The fuel pump just runs off impulses from the crankcase but is necessary to...
Damn, they have that thing wound up tight at speed. The Doo is like its in another gear, like when the auto mfrs went from 3 speeds to 4speed overdrives back in the 80s.
Sounds like theres something to be gained there in clutching or gearing depending on the motors torque output down lower.
Wow, that thing really rattled itself to death. Lucky you checked that before it sucked in too much air and burnt the pistons.
Parts prices have gotten out of control, really have to look at aftermarket now for simple things like those gaskets. SPI must have those available, $50 per OEM gasket...
I saw your post elsewhere asking this, the only thing no one mentioned and I would add is to check all the driveline alignment. Make sure everything is turning smooth.
Also I'm willing to bet Polaris has a very fat tune being those are newly released motors and they didnt want warranty issues...
