Older 700 seized?

700 twin turbo and the 1000
Have an older 700 that will not pull to start. What could be the issue besides the obvious Seized motor.? dont know much about this sled.

Could be a broken connecting rod, something got in the intake or exhaust ports smashing into the piston. Did it go down driving it?
