    If they have 12volt power and ground, you can use those. Any 12volt source will work. I would add an inline fuse as well.

    Skis grip in can be change by suspension set up.

    Have you done any adjustments to the rear suspension. If you like the way the skis work but its just heavy on the skis then I would adjust the rear suspension to help with that.

    I think you are the correct path, sometimes the light will flicker if the bulbs it out of wack in the hood.

    Have you tested the voltage on those wires? Could be a feed for accessories. Flicker could be a short or corroded connection.

    Remind me, this sled has a battery or is it battery-less EFI? Its not getting enough fuel on the cold start from the EFI.

    Should not have to tune anything if you dont mess with the idle or mix screws. Sounds to me like your pilot jets are plugged to they most definitely need a carb cleaning.

    I would think they would be able to cross reference off the number on the seal or side of the bearing.
