    To me, good advice above.

    Vibration at Speed?

Being as it improved at least some after you removed chunked wheels, for sure it's at least part of it. Have you confirmed chain is correctly tensioned? Figured I could check close enough by rocking the secondary n checking for play, felt fine but when I removed cover for gear swap, was...

    Vibration at Speed?

Push / hold your track off the upper rear idler wheels and spin. If anything like mine, have a goose egg spot on each, explains why I can't keep bearings in em. Hoping to ride once more this season and will just fire a pair of new bearings in and replace next fall. Also moving towards XCR...

    Shocks

I saw dismal results no matter what I did with the stock stuff. Substantial gain in ride / bottoming resistance going with the 150lb FTS only. Had the opportunity to buy a slightly used XCR front track shock kit, difference is that much better again, well worth the investment. Rest of the...

Rode last two days at frigid temps, no snow and while extra facemask n gloves were not warm, certainly well above the outside temps.

    Hand Warmers

Early build / Ltd came with alum bars + higher output heaters. Even riding last two days at extreme temps, cycling bar heaters off n on low..........yea they get that hot.

Reliability Kit wich one to use

How quickly these engines come right up to temp should at least cut down on damage by those that tend to squeeze the throttle hard long before they should.

    Front Bumper

Add me to the list, really like the look n added protection plus as said, functional.

    Hand Warmers

I started off with RH heater not working at all, dealer replaced then the LH would barely get hot while the replacement RH was smokin hawt. Gave up on the dealer n replaced the LH with the alum bar version (which I suspect they'd also put on the RH side but dealer says no) on my own dime. All I...

Reliability Kit wich one to use

With failure rate being so low, also on the stock piston band wagon until something else proves more reliable. On a side note, in a Cat 900 then again in an '11 Cat 800 HO, put big miles on Wiseco pistons in each. When it was time to freshen up, only replaced with fresh pair of Wiseco's as a...

Where was alignment previously set? How close to factory max are you on the FTS?

    Poor handling twitchy feel

In my case, 3 per bar so not a shortage of studs. Only takes a second on a Switch to see it doesn't have a hint of darting, yes suspect it's because the skid being longer better supports the front end. However, after riding both, still feel the Rush better suits what I'm after.

Yea but starting over because you broke it would suck harder. We've all had an "opps" moment.

Yamabond is a terrific product for case halves. After cleaning, to ensure sealant bonds hard to the cases, I wipe first with lacquer thinners until spotlessly clean. Upside, you've figured out the problem before you ran it long enough to hurt it.
