You are correct a clean break in the line was the culprit. That was why all of the lines were on the fuel pump and why I was not thinking that it could be from there. I have purchased a new oil line and it is now brrrppping away.

While taking off the Recoil to rebuild from a broken pull cable. the oil line became disconnected on the other end I have been able to trace where the other one could go I have an oil in, a PTO side oil line to the block, and a mag side of the block. can not find a place this could have slipped...
