I'm in the process of cleaning the exhaust valves on the 600 Rush. They were overdue and a bit sticky with build up. I noticed some oil residue in the bottom of the engine compartment. There are hoses connected to the exhaust valves that lead to the solenoid and then there is a drain tube...

Seems like my fuel gauge is reading more accurately and I've done nothing. After several sled trips and just monitoring the amount of fuel I'm adding I'd agree it's been accurate for now. Kinda weird?

I've got Woody's Slim Jim Dual carbides on wife's 600 rush. No darting what so ever. If you don't want that then simple shimming of the skies should solve it too. Bergstrom sells shims for like $15.

Did you find a solution to this issue yet? My 600 Rush is doing the same thing now. I'm gonna clean the exhaust valves and see if that solves it. I have 3,700 miles on it and have not cleaned them yet so I'm thinking that's the issue.

I have a 2016 600 Rush Pro S with 3700 miles. It seems to be a bit flat on the top end recently. My guess is I need to clean the exhaust valves. I've never done it yet. Any other thoughts?

You talking about the center shock directly under where you sit? If so, that has always been a bit of trial and error in order to establish the proper ski pressure you like. Maybe the owners manual talks about stock settings for spring pre-load? Start from there and adjust to you riding style.
