They look to be 21 3/4" might have to call them and see if they can make one custom or go to a handy lift.

If you look at those dimensions you might be able to unbolt the rear lift arms, cut and extend the cross tube and bolt that to the outside to make a good amount of room for your sled to fit through. Just an option.

Should be able to run it with about 3/4 to 1" sag when the sled is off the ground. Usually want it so you can at least push the track away easily at the bend in the slides.

I have never heard of anyone putting a lift in a sled.. not sure what you mean

Thats a tough one.. you can try using a pick or an scratch all and poke at it to see if you can get anything to grab it..

Should not score if there is nothing wrong with them.. if your conerned , then toss a cap of 2 stroke oil down each hole and slowly pull the rope with kill switch off and plugs out.

I would clean the carbs and drain all the fuel with 91 octane and change plugs. Dont need to fog them, that twill just make them harder to start.
