It is set up too stiff from the factory. I had to turn all my clickers down. Front Ski springs are set way too stiff for trail riding. I'm still tweaking. I think it will be perfect after 1000 miles. Just needs some break in.

This sled belongs to my cousin. The nickel-silicon plating looked good except for where the groove was...showed a little wear there. Honed it well and now everything looks good. These grooves/scratches were only on one side of the piston. The skirts looked fine.

Here's the old piston next to the durability kit piston. Notice the oiling holes in the new piston where the grooves are in the old piston?

These are out of a '15 800 Axys Switchback. Around 3500 Miles. Always used Polaris oil. Pulled them to do the durability kit. What's with the deep scratches?

I noticed that also. My Rush sucked in G outs. The Assault is going to be the sled to beat this season. :)

Great feedback. One more week till the trails open in Pittsburg, NH. Hoping to have plenty of snirt or snow by then to see how this animal really goes. I thought I might have the fastest sled in the group this season until my brother Pete called and said he bought a SideWinder....damn!
