If he were to try the 120/310 with maybe a 140/220 or 155/222, would he lose rpm?

For one of the guys who did the pipe testing, I just have a question. I'm not doubting you but I am just wondering, if you made the map at dtr for the pipe mod, at say 50 degrees f, how would that same map work when in riding conditions at 0 degrees f?

Sounds good, I have some 10-72's on the way so I'll have to balance them. I can't believe they were that far off.

Are they 10-72 or did you mod the stock weights. That's very impressive with the stock helix. I'll have to try that combo

I bought a new 16 this year and just broke it in so right now its stock. Have those clutch parts on order. Not sure weights to use yet.

What's in your setup that makes the 10 series work well? Less aggressive helix? Lighter springs?

I know some people don't like to give out info, but a lot of people seem very generous on this site. Is your setup similar to 120/310 primary, 140/200 secondary with a 50/44 full or 66/44.46 compound with the 1.74 gearing?

What clutch weights are you guys liking on these axys 800's? Seems like a lot of people use Polaris 10 series. But from what ive heard, weights make a lot of difference. Was looking at heavy hitters and ssi pro mags? Or just stick with Polaris 10's? What do you think?

I saw somebody say to add 2 grams for gates belt. Never heard of this? Is it necessary. Was just going to run it the way it is stock or will that not work?

My gates belt came in and I was hoping to post up a review tomorrow but I'm not sure if there is a problem or this is normal. I always wash my belts with dawn soap and a scrub brush incase there is any oils on it from manufacturing, and when I went to wash this gates there is a bunch of red dye...

Also on a side note, I set my float on the secondary to about .200-.250. I've done that on all previous Polaris sleds I've had and the clutches stay cool with no belt residue. Put 120 miles on, clutches look like new, just had to adjust belt deflection now since the belt is broken in. I always...

I definitely don't expect it all. I am an aggressive trail rider. I don't care about hitting 115 mph on a lake. To me the 0-100 as fast as possible seems like the best setup (for me) for trail and drag race? Is this correct. Or the in between?
