Go back to the SSI weights with new bushings, get your baseline performance back with the TSS 04, then make one change at a time, Tied secondary 1st, then change you weights to BMP and tune magnets until your back to running good, You made too many changes and now your out of the comfort zone. IMHO

SSI for fastest service and any combo of angles you want, not just a pre cut on the shelf. Custom to your liking.

A great source for any angle TSS-04 or Tied helix is SSI -BD EXtreme, they custom cut in house with fast delivery times. Give Erich a call.

I ran 2 of the Indy Specialties profiles this year, the V3 and the V5. The V3 is hard hitting snappy weight that I really liked for tree riding. The weights were easy to adjust, performed great with tons of bottom and mid range grunt and a respectable top end. Test sled was stock Axys 800. Also...

Oh ya, wrenched on some sleds with their pro stock Doo motors in them to HayDays wins. They know their shizt.

Not asking about flaws in the pipe, only asking for those buying a Jaws pipe and running the sled without a tuner , as was the norm until recent testing shows you do need a tuner to get the advertised hp gains.

Give SSI a call and they will cut you a helix with a 50-44 and a 48-44 Test yourself, you will have see what your sled likes, either cut will work.

Brock, Was there any comments from Greg on the Jaws pipe making the same 2hp gain on your 2017 and from the test a month ago on a 2016 , from the same Dyno. It was a question of something wrong with the pipe being returned to Greg for inspection. Now we have 2 test, 2 sleds , and same 2hp gain...

Been using STM weights in a grass drag sled with good results. Also use them in a few ATV,s , easy to get weight where you need it.

Don't you think that's why Polaris raised the heel height to clear the clutch webbing, because of the shape of the weight , there is more height to the profile at the tip.

Or use a WB2 unit has more features, if you have a need for them.
