    Go back to the SSI weights with new bushings, get your baseline performance back with the TSS 04, then make one change at a time, Tied secondary 1st, then change you weights to BMP and tune magnets until your back to running good, You made too many changes and now your out of the comfort zone. IMHO

    Not asking about flaws in the pipe, only asking for those buying a Jaws pipe and running the sled without a tuner , as was the norm until recent testing shows you do need a tuner to get the advertised hp gains.

    50 vs 48 start angle

    Give SSI a call and they will cut you a helix with a 50-44 and a 48-44 Test yourself, you will have see what your sled likes, either cut will work.

    Brock, Was there any comments from Greg on the Jaws pipe making the same 2hp gain on your 2017 and from the test a month ago on a 2016 , from the same Dyno. It was a question of something wrong with the pipe being returned to Greg for inspection. Now we have 2 test, 2 sleds , and same 2hp gain...

    Been using STM weights in a grass drag sled with good results. Also use them in a few ATV,s , easy to get weight where you need it.

    Don't you think that's why Polaris raised the heel height to clear the clutch webbing, because of the shape of the weight , there is more height to the profile at the tip.
