    2001 600 edge x tops out @45mph ?

    cleaned carbs good comp.checked stator replaced harness box good plugs& wire pulled ex chamber got some backfire/flames one cycl after doing all of this there has been no change still 45mph top speed. Any advice or solution would be greatly appreciated.
