    Clutch and gearing specs

NSP kit, mine would not pull the 70g wts on the top end, low to mid was fantastic. Have a set of 68's to slide in there for this season. Yes did gear change he includes at the same time.

    2015 800 pro S spinning

Reducing wt on the skis makes a substantial improvement in both traction and steering effort without reducing bite in the corners.

Help with performance mods I have done so far please

What are you seeing for RPM on the top end now? Several things you can try (48/42 helix / 140-220 spring) but since I assume you still have stock wts, drop them in first n see how it reacts. What wts / profile are you running?

Kit purchased for my '16 800 Rush came with an A-2 helix with position 1 OR 2. Suggest you contact Rick on Facebook or HCS for his take on the helix you have. He sent me a second helix to test last year marked H-2 with position 1 / 2. While he suggests 70g wts for his kit, my sled simply would...

If it's the correct helix you'll see A-2 on it.

    Ski Doo Handlebar Muff/Deflector

If it turns out your bars are alum, still have the option to put cork between the heaters and the bars as insulation. It's said to work well, was on my radar when I stumbled upon Polaris uses different heaters between steel / alum bars. Write up in link...

    Ski Doo Handlebar Muff/Deflector

First thing to check for, are your bars aluminum or steel? If steel, look up factory heaters for same sled with alum bars and go with those heaters.

    Ski Doo Handlebar Muff/Deflector

Another option, if your sled has steel handlebars, install the aluminum bar version heater elements. Put out a bunch more heat and are a direct replacement. I've gone from barely keeping my hands warm enough with combo of stock heaters and bar muffs to no muffs and warm hands even on the coldest...

Suspension set up on 16 SB for hard railing trails

I'm low 220's plus gear. Your post sounds all to much like what I went through, fix one thing but upset another. Thought I'd hit on something I liked several times only to have snow conditions change and the sweet spot not feel so sweet. When sled was in the dealer for crank seals over the...

Assault running boards on a Pro S

If they do, bet it'll be a hot option for trail riders.

Assault running boards on a Pro S

It surely does look killer cool. One downside, my 2011 F800 had very open boards like that as well, great for keeping snow / ice build up under control but in loose snow would constantly shoot snow on my legs plus even the smallest of puddle crossings and I was soaking wet. In swampy water that...

Suspension set up on 16 SB for hard railing trails

For me, hitting on the ride and handling I was looking required ditching the front track spring with a 150lb. While it was a substantial improvement over stock, going with an XCR front track shock and spring combo got me all that plus I was finally able to reduce what I considered overly heavy...
