Got a swb aslt 17 and seems like as soon as it came off break in mode 12ish hours what they say I'm losing rpms also sometimes it'll climb to 78 7900 drop to 74 7600 and climb back to 7900 was turning a constant 82 8300 while in break in .... dealer gonna check deflection but I think it's more...
Yeah running a lower gear ratio will be fine you'll just have to start from scratch with your clutching the 144 skid is a "free" rolling chassis think some big top end numbers could come out of these
I'd gear a little higher running a 23 43 with a 2" now sled loves it don't know why they gear em so low , with a 1.325 I'd try a 25 42 maybe just make sure your clutching is on point
put 23 43 (19 40 stock)gears didn't change gearing on digi wrench right away top speed was 84ish switched with digi wrench now says 106-109 these speedometers somewhat accurate? Gearing is for 96 ..think it may still be off
Swb aslt 2.0 23/43 71g cpc 145 285(I think white/gold) secondary stock lined up with a doo850 129 w1 3/4 he was geared down one tooth from stock sleds were DEAD even both sleds still in break-in
Haha yeah 4500 is engagement but it's a good trail setup maybe the next step down spring would be alright for an avid trail person but it keeps rpms up and quick shifting always in your peak power range
180-345 64 g in primary 160-240 54-40 secondary stock gearing ...not your 110 mph setup but very good 0-90 setup that's on a Indy 121 with 1.5 track 96 studs
Leaving it stock for now but put 24/43 gear ratio (1.8) , got cpc 70-80 clutch weights just wondering what I should put for weight and where to put it and what to run for a spring
