my findings w/ dw and dyno

Going all in ! Nice. I predict you will be happy. They seemed very enthusiastic when talking with them. They didn't waver a bit showed confidence in this product line. Nvr even hiccup at the mention of there product being out on an independent dyno they actually encouraged it. So time will tell...

    X Shocks

Guys around this way have been using (monster performance ) or something like that in ny. I have not talked with them or used any product but so far any conversation about them and been good and I guess pricing is very reasonable also. I know they were doing some S stuff last season w happy...

    X Shocks

I didn't have a problem with the pro r frt end but.... The frt torque arm was way off for me maybe even more so with the S. Model. I'm no shock guru by any means. I can rebuild them change pArts etc. play with oil and springs but I nvr took the time to learn anything about valving other than the...

    X Shocks

No I haven't had any trouble with the X bottoming. At least not when shocks are fresh. When trails are nice I have rear clicker on 2 or so. Frt torque are clicker on 4/5. Front shocks on 2. Springs fairly soft. And I forgot exactly where rear springs are set Not far from where they came set...

    grass drag xcsp

Yup. We used to run a 02 500 ,600, xcr800, and imp 700. Back in those days. The 500s ran well also We ran about same as you with the 600. 6.0 seems to ring a bell but I can't remember all the details. I think it was 62/64 up front with epi pink , can't recall the secondary but I liked the...

my findings w/ dw and dyno

They told me it's one of the best pipes they have built for any sled. Tons of testing. My hopes are high. I can't remember exactly but I think it's around an 8200 power peak.

my findings w/ dw and dyno

The bikeman pipe is not ready yet. Production availability. There were 5 prototypes made by hand the best was chosen and the production sets are coming soon. FYI the claimed power increase they post. 11-12 is without any fuel or timing controller ! I varified this today. Said a lil more mid...

    X Shocks

Also make the clickers less dramatic between say 5 and up (more linear less abrupt ) I'm gonna just start with some dual rate spring set up. I'm heavy and ride a lot of bigger bumps so want to keep the bottoming resistance high but at the lower end of spring travel not so much off start. Just...

    X Shocks

I just had a lengthy conversation with hygear at syracuse show. Call them. They will spring and revalve , lower , and remove needle from your current set up. Sounded exactly like what you were askng for. A tweener between x and s.

    Dollar / HP with pipes

I'm waiting for the DTR results for bikeman myself. And would really like to see what jaws has to offer also. I'm waiting to pull the trigger on a pipe , but it's also gotta fit the stock can. I must have gotten old over night but I just don't like that loud bark all day and night anymore.

    New 800 Polaris for 2016

No. One of the reasons I love it. On ALL my previous sleds with stock suspension I would have to ride just a hair nervous saying for that hard hit or big off camber bump that would either slam the sled or send it out it into the cheap seats. With the X I really don't worry about it I'm...

    New 800 Polaris for 2016

Switchy. IMO. Ridden both extensively and hands down prefer the switch. The shorty is nice but the switch is a lil more planted, stable , and very predictable. The larger footprint makes it a lil more capable all with maintaining a huge fun factor. The switch almost feels like it corrects itself...

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

The sled isn't in my hands right now. But in semi near future I believe I can make that happen. I nvr said I've tried it all I think at one point I said I could provide a list of the things that I know for sure won't fix it so as to not have anybody on a wild goose chase. For example I changed...

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

Thanks Brock. Well I'd like to thank you for all the efforts first ! I've read most of your input (I think) and I like it. The tps changing with heat is interesting for sure. I had peramaters issues with mine and that's been remidied (at least at shop temps and stand running) but I haven't taken...

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

It's sure is fuse. It maybe but I think somewhere it's an input that is causing the ecu to detune the sled at times. To many coincidence with it my buddies did exact same thing within a minute of mine (18hrs) everything my sled did his would do within a few miles. For example when mine first...

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

Dealer has been great and work with me above and beyond. We were at it every week. When had snow and still at it. Polaris started off good and had good lip service but tech support is failing miserably. Polaris has not abandond ship but are pretty much stumped and of little use at this point...

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

The problem with the "fade" is that it comes and goes for some like a switch for some after time riding. Common among the sleds with the fade is that they didn't do it when new it's a condition that developed over the course of time for some it was 300 ish miles others 500. Some individuals were...
