Try putting some gas in the cyinders that are not firing and see if they fire, then you know they are not getting fuel.

Depends how long it was sitting with crappy fuel in the bowls. I have had it happen.

Make sure the clean those carbs good, you could have a stuck floats. Also check to see if you have clear pipes, I had a mouse build a nest in the silencer and had a similar affect.

Make sure you air box intake is not being blocked and it sounds to me like your pilots are plugged.

Try no air box.

Could it be just left over, clean up with contact cleaner?

I had a sled that acted like that and was so pissed. I found the choke cable was sticking and not releasing.
