Part number lookup shows that seat was only made for the 2001 and 2002 Indy 340 Deluxe. I suppose you could change to a two-up seat from a Indy 340 Touring. Also, you could modify things to make any seat fit, but the match up with the gas tank probably won't be right.

Are you sure that's a 2003? Looks like the 2001-2002 Indy 340 Deluxe. 2003 was the first 340 Edge (although they still had the Indy 340 Touring).
