Should be 8.19 diameter with 9 tooth 2.86 pitch, Pie D equals circumference so take 9 times 2.86 equals 25.74 and divide that by 3.14 equals 8.19 which is the diameter. Pie is always 3.14

The setup you are running has nothing to do with gearing. You are not making horsepower on top or something is taking it away. maybe belt ,plugs plug wires, bad pipe temp sensor, chain too tight track rubbing bent rail, fuel pump weak. I would uninstall the bullydog tune and try that. You...
