What was wrong with the Renegade? Friend has one and I thought it was a great sled....and the motor ripped!

Something was wrong with your turbo then or had only a few lbs of boost. I had a turbo Nytro with 10lbs of boost and that thing was an animal. No chance my 800 AXYS was hanging with that. With that said, the 850 motor is a beast for a stock motor for sure!

I run similar setup with 1.81 gearing and stock weights. Pulls well off the line and decent top end but not great....perfect for trail riding!

I think the warranty can be transferred one time to a new owner. If you are the third owner I think it may be void? They cover there ass many ways to get out of warranty claims! I think you need to provide a notarized document of title change and $25 to Polaris. Hopefully someone can verify...

I have an HPS and it sounds nice. Not loud at all even at the higher RPMs.

Rolled my sled and i bent my handlebars. Is it a good idea to heat the aluminum bars to help bend it back?

thats a lot cleaner than the relay and clutch make it look

that sled didn't vibrate anymore than these 800's do

I had the 900 Fusion too! Luckily, I didn't have a single issue with mine in over 5000 miles. The SB 800 are definitely a faster sled
