Polaris dealer checked into that for me and stated that The Tstat starts to open at 30c and is fully open at 45c, the cooling fan turns on at 70c and stops at 65c.

Purchased a 2020 Titan XC and from the first ride noticed the vibration. I only have about 200km on it and find the track noise very annoying at low and mid speeds. Seems to quite down around 75-80kmh. The sled is less than 2 weeks old and is now back at the dealer to investigate this noise.
