yep, spark all 3 cylinders. fuel verified out of filter and will flood plugs and wet piston tops when attempting to start. Any body know if ecm will flash a code with out running? Not showing any code with key ON

New to me 1995 RXL 650 fuel injected. Road 3 times runs great. Last ride after 45 minutes shut off. took a break. Would not restart. took 3 of us an hour pulling and swapping plugs to get her home. Has not restarted since. Today tank was drained and filled with fresh gas. new battery. filter...
